• Cancellation  Policy
• If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.

• All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
•  Babycots only available in the family room 

Deposit Policy

• The credit card used to secure the reservation will be pre-authorised for the full amount however card will not be charged. Full amount will be required on arrival.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash. Card transactions will incur a 3.0% fee
